how to make pizza bagels!

I don't know about you, but when it comes to cooking I want a few things. I want the item to be cheap, easy, and delicious - lucky for me the pizza bagel recipe I created embodied each of these characteristics! Pizza bagels are a super easy thing to make and can literally be changed into whatever type of pizza you could think of. The recipe I have below is super basic but can be customized to fit your eating needs. These pizza bagels tend to keep for at least a week and can be frozen if wanted.

Shopping List:

1 Plain Bagel
 Spaghetti or Pizza Sauce
1/4 c. Cheese (sprinkled on top)
 Additional Toppings opt.
Butter opt.

Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Butter one plain bagel then place as much sauce ontop of the bagel's surface.
  3. Add the 1/4 cup of cheese generously on top of the bagel. (I used two different types of cheese, but this is optional)
  4. Add toppings.
  5. Place bagel onto pan and bake in oven for 10-20 minutes or until crisp.
  6. Allow to cool before eating.
In case you couldn't follow my directions here is a video I uploaded earlier on my youtube channel that shows me going through the process of making these pizza bagels. Hope you enjoyed!

  3. Pizza bagels? Why have I never thought of trying this before?! What a great idea, and also a fun twist on traditional pizzas. You could have just as much fun with the toppings too :)
